It boasts an exceptionally nice and unbeatable location; amicable staff from Roberto the manager. Would come here again, I enjoyed the place, it met what was needed.

The queen room was airy, had a balcony, a little refrigerator, and a safe. The location was marvellous, in quiet location on Italian lakes, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel - it met the demands. This room was spotless with a particularly nice view of the lake. The breakfast was full of fine meals such as cereal, coffee, tea, pastries, and hardboiled eggs.

Very caring staff, relaxing views of lake, everything is modern. The services are exceptional, including a very clean pool. Moreover, there is a parking onsite.

Nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds. Central heating, a work desk and satellite TV — very useful. Peaceful and top location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Parco Civico Teresio Olivelli. Clean pool, parking onsite.

Delightful food including a plentiful breakfast with cereals, pastries and eggs. Tranquil position in the very quiet residential area, close to mountains arond, everything-dining options, ferries and Mennagio or Lenno.

Regarding the location, it is not in the nicest part of Tremezzo.

Beautiful landscape, beautiful hotel, feels more like a house than a hotel which it feel very cosy, very quiet ( off the main road) and very nice pool. Convenient parking. Good breakfast buffet. Beds were comfortable.

The staff were hardly smiling & never made me feel welcomed. I'm very easy going & didnt really care but at 95 Euros a night, a smile once in a while would have been nice. The check in was the worst part (which to me is the most important part as it is the first impression the guest has), the man didnt explain me anything (no info about breakfast,where the facilities are etc), only gave me my key. The rooms were nice and very quiet. There is no air conditioning in the room but I didn't mind. It would have been nice to maybe have 1 or 2 english tv channels ( there's about 80 channels on tv but all in Italian).

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

The room was quite hot and the only way to cool it down was with a noisy ceiling fan, which made it difficult to sleep. The lack of a fridge in the room was also inconvenient.

Tranquil location to other local eateries in a very quiet residential area. Around 4-6 minutes' walk from Casa dei Presepi and other tourist attractions. Well decorated room with a spacious bathroom and a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. A good choice of food at the breakfast, including cereals, pastries, and eggs.

Nice quiet location away from busy lakeside road. Relaxed atmosphere friendly staff who spoke reasonable English.

Our room did not have air conditioning and as the tempeatures reached 32 degrees we could have done with it. Also there was no full length mirror in the room which I was informed by my other half is essential for checking your outfit before going out!!

Well, it was a very enjoyable stay of three nights. The location seemed quiet and perfect on the hill. It was also just off the ferry, staff and manager were very attentive and warm, mountains arond and the various restaurants on the waters edge.

My suite had a private safe, central heating, and a work desk. The location was peaceful and perfect down to the various restaurants on the waters edge and away from the main road. And it was also near to the mountain, and the areas around lake Como such as Lenno.
